3 Beautiful Days :)

21st Century is blessed with modern technology where you can connect to anyone instantly & know about each other including strangers. There is one such beautiful story of such 2 strangers who came across each other. The story of Komal & Girish.


Komal was from Delhi & Girish was from Mumbai, they both were going through a social networking site. Girish caught an eye on Komal's profile. He immediately sent her a  request with a short sweet note. Komal accepted his request soon. The interaction started through that website, later moved on to instant messaging & then through texts & phone calls. As both of them were working, they use to talk in between lunch hours for sometime. They some how had a good understanding & telepathy. It was about a month that they were talking. Those special feelings started developing in the hearts of both. Eager to see each other. Komal came down to Mumbai for 3 days to see few of her friends & ofcourse to know Girish.


Girish knew that he would make these 3 days special for Komal. It would be the most memorable experience for both of them.


DAY 1


Komal had reached mumbai finally after an anxious wait by both.

Girish reached the place to meet Komal. He knew that Komal loved Lindt Choclates, so he brought 2 Lindts with him. He held it in hands & asked Komal to close her eyes & make a wish n gave them on her hands. She was delighted to have Lindt as she had been craving it to have them since long. It was most memorable experience as Lindt had started melting & Komal was busy licking & was embarrased as she was all messed up eating.... drops of choclate fell on her clothes. It was a funny experience for Komal as she never had been in such a situation. Later, they went to Siddhivinayak Temple, Prabhadevi to seek Lord Ganesha's blessings. With the blessing of Lord Ganesha they moved on their day to Phoenix Mills, Strolling in the mall with silence in their hearts wanting to say something to each other, but their hearts were talking in this lovely silence.

Lunch at Bombay Blues was the most memorable experience as it was the place where they got closer physically. After lunch they were strolling around in Palladium, Girish held her hand & Komal holded it tight. This first interaction between them was no more 1st meeting, it was as if they were together since years & met after a long time of distant relationship. They sat down & Komal leaned her head on Girish's shoulder as she was tired. Holding his hand tight. Sitting there for sometime in silence, the moved on to wrap the day with a drive on Bandra Worli Sea Link, it was first time ever that they both travelled on this link. Day 1 came to a beautiful end, much awaited day for both it was.

Day 2

A perfect evening a perfect date :) Komal met up Girish at Bandra & drove to Bandstand in the evening the sound of the waves & enjoying cup of coffee at Barista. Glaring at each others eyes wanting to say words but eyes spoke all. Komal's eyes twinkled beautifully in darkness. Her wonderful lips wanting to say something to Girish kept silent. Komal wanted to change as it was their first date. Girish out of surprise took her to one of the 5 star hotel. It was a new experience for Komal as she never had done that in her entire life. Scared of everything Girish managed to make Komal comfortable with it.

Time for a Perfect Date, Beautifully dressed Komal made Girish staring at her & giving her a tight hug in front fo everyone on the road. They both then drove to a restaurant near by for dinner. It was simple date but their presence & their love for each other made it special. At the end of the date Girish dropped her back to her place, she hugged him tight & cried... she later texter him saying it was the most happiest day of her life.


Day 3

This day was their last day of Komal in the city as she was leave back to Delhi in the evening. Girish was tied up with work, but he managed to spend maximum time with her. A surprise to her at the place where she stayed in the morning, cake at a renowned cake shop in the area. They both were in constant touch throughout the day as they decided to catch up for lunch later in afternoon & spend time at Bandstand. These final few hours together, with no clue when they would see each other but with a trust that they would see soon.
They both hugged each other tightly, tears in their eyes love in their hearts, Komal whispered in the ears of Girish saying LOVE YOU !

Words which were awaited since long. Komal had been crying all the way home & back to the station. She later called Girish up, crying on the phone & they spent hours talking to each other. As this was a special day of their life however with mixed feelings, where they found love for each other & seperated for each other.

Their Love still continues......... these 3 beautiful days in their minds & hearts are still fresh.......





Seperation is hard, everyone wants to be together, at times seperation is necessary in love as it strengthens the love the excitement of seeing your love increases & you tend to devote all the time for your love when your love is with you.

A Love Story

10th Grade

As I sat there in English class, I stared at the girl next to me. She was my so called 'best friend'. I stared at her long, silky hair, and wished she was mine.


But she didn't notice me like that, and I knew it.


After class, she walked up to me and asked me for the notes she had missed the day before.


I handed them to her. She said 'thanks' and gave me a kiss on the cheek.


I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.






11th grade
---------------


The phone rang. On the other end, it was her. She was in tears, mumbling on and on about how her love had broke her heart.


She asked me to come over because she didn't want to be alone, so I did. As I sat next to her on the sofa, I stared at her soft eyes, wishing she was mine.


After 2 hours, one Drew Barrymore movie, and three bags of chips, she decided to go home.


She looked at me, said 'thanks' and gave me a kiss on the cheek.


I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.






Senior year
---------------


One fine day she walked to my locker. "My date is sick" she said, "he's not gonna go" well


I didn't have a date, and in 7th grade, we made a promise that if neither of us had dates, we would go together just as 'best friends'.


So we did. That night, after everything was over, I was standing at her front door step. I stared at her as she smiled at me and stared at me with her crystal eyes.


Then she said: "I had the best time, thanks!" and gave me a kiss on the cheek.


I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.
 
Graduation

A day passed, then a week, then a month.


Before I could blink, it was graduation day. I watched as her perfect body floated like an angel up on stage to get her diploma.


I wanted her to be mine-but she didn't notice me like that, and I knew it.


Before everyone went home, she came to me in her smock and hat, and cried as I hugged her.


Then she lifted her head from my shoulder and said- 'you're my best friend, thanks' and gave me a kiss on the cheek.

Marriage
---------------


Now I sit in the pews of the church. That girl is getting married now and drives off to her new life, married to another man.


I wanted her to be mine, but she didn't see me like that, and I knew it.


But before she drove away, she came to me and said 'you came!'. She said 'thanks' and kissed me on the cheek.


I want her to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.






Death
---------------

Years passed, I looked down at the coffin of a girl who used to be my 'best friend'.


At the service, they read a diary entry she had wrote in her high school years.


This is what it read:






"I stare at him wishing he was mine; but he doesn't notice me like that, and I know it. I want to tell him, I want him to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love him but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.


I wish he would tell me he loved me!

Finding True Love

Dear Readers, This is a new story coming up for December 09. This story is somewhere connected to everyone of us in life some way or the other in life. This is story is of Adi (Aditya) & his search for his true love.



" Aditya, a handsome 18year old guy famous among girls since school days for his sweet, polite nature. A strong headed kind of a guy who had all his aims clear in life. The only onething he was unclear was about Love. At this age what he could see was puppy love around him & a 25 yrs old love between his parents. He always had an image to find a companion like his mother. He considered his parents to be the best examples of TRUE LOVE on this planet.
Adi grew up gradually entering his college, ofcourse had few crushes on girls around him as he always mistook the girls sweet nature to be love for him, but it was the girls selfishness.

Adi asked himself seeing all his friends who were in relationship as to is that TRUE LOVE. The demanding nature from both ends, is that love or expectation or kind of a constant need of attention ? He grew up more gradually & he came across a girl in college. Grishma & Adi got introduced with each other. The did come close to each other as Adi was good at studies & ofcourse his lovey dovey kind of nature. Grishma made Adi feel that she was Adi's true love whom he had been looking for since years.
He proposed Grishma in an amazing style. He invited Grishma for a romantic candle light dinner at a restaurant on his birthday & proposed him by writing " I LOVE YOU GRISHMA" on his birthday cake.
She was amazed & muffled as she always wanted her man to propose her in the same manner. She accepted Adi's proposal in no time. Both were happy ofcourse these were their days, Love was in the Air.

As time passed by, it was realised by Adi that she was not his true love. He was been taken for granted most of the time. Bue he loved Grishma yet. Finally college days were over, it was the time to prove the world how best one is. Adi had very high ambitions & he did speak to her about it. It was agreed, but Grishma decided to leave Adi. As she needed a guy 24x7 around him.

Adi & Grishma were friends after the break up for quite a sometime, but past memories kept haunting Adi's mind & he decided to call it off completely.

A Love Story ....... a betrayal

Scene 1 - The First Encounter

Date : 20th January 2007 - 29th January 2007
Place : Mumbai

This Love story began on a this day, when Kedar & Anisha met each other first time at a festival. They got introduced to each other, in the course of talking they came to know that they have happened to study the same course abroad co-incidently the same university. Both of them got gelled up as if they knew each other since years. However, this was their first encounter, cant show to friendliness. Numbers were exchanged & both went back towards their own destination. They kept in touch through texts & phonecalls. Anisha was to fly on 2nd February 2007, where as Kedar was to fly on 10th February 2007. Talks went on .....

Something was coming ........ ahead in New York.

 Scene 2 - New York City



Date : 11th February 2007 - 14th February 2007
Place: New York City


Anisha had already landed in New York & had been staying with a friend at Long Island, she had given her contact details to Kedar & had asked her to contact her immediately once he landed in New York. Kedar had no one in New York, but he was a very sporting guy, he had taken a hotel to stay for a day & had no place to live for next day. On landing he called up Anisha & went her to meet at Long Island. That meeting turned out to be very good Anisha was finally very happy to have a companion to be with her & explore the New York City before the Unviersity starts. Kedar was a very daring person, they explored the city together it was fun cum adventure for him & Anisha enjoyed the company of Kedar. Their famous hang out spot became the back waters near Brooklyn Bridge. Anisha had something in her mind running all the time



Something was going to happen at the University .......






Scene 3 - The Proposal


Date : 15th February 2007 
Place : University 


 Anisha & Kedar met up at the railway station & later walked down toward the University for their very first orientation. Had loads of expectations & excitement in mind. The University was fabulous beyond imaginations. They met many new faces & few of them old who met them at the festival in Mumbai. After the orientation & series of other programmes, they were all geared for the evening cocktail party hosted by the University. Kedar had few drinks n had been sitting outside alone in the campus. Anisha joined him, Kedar seemed to be upset about something. Anisha asked him about it and he told that he had been missing his ex girlfriend for some reason. 14th Feb had been valentines day & they had broken up on that very same day exactly a year back. Anisha told her story as well. The time was very emotional. Anisha gave Kedar a warm affectionate hug & said that she loves him. Kedar accepted her proposal & this was the most wonderful day for both of them.


Happy days ......... began ......




Scene 4 : Happy days


Anisha & Kedar finally got committed to each other. As every relationships mature with time, their matured. Both of them had their past relationships but still it was a new one for them. Everything appeared good & pretty those days. It was their first date. Kedar's dream to be with his girl on the ferry & give her the first kiss on a full moon night. It was the most memorable night. They rented a new apartment in the city woaaah Manhattan with their two other friends in few months time. An awesome 1 bedroom apartment with space in a sky rise from there they could see the beautiful Times Square.
Kedar had got a part time job in a good MNC company with a decent pay that he could manage his own living. Slowly he got his other friends & ofcourse Anisha in the same company. Anisha use to work in a shopping centre selling sunglasses.
All went well between the two, slowly Anisha started to become obssessive & over possessive about Kedar.
Kedar, had been a very friendly guy & always surrounded by girls back home in India as well is New York. It wasnt liked by Anisha. They started to have tiffs between both of them, to see Anisha happy so he disconnected all the contacts with his friends atleast in front of her.

Scene 5: The First Fight


Date: 10th May 2007
Place:  Residence at Manhattan





Anisha had been using Kedar's laptop for some work. She found out accidentally that he had been talking to his friends online. Kedar always had a habit to be friendly with his friends who were mostly girls and using lovey dovey language was nothing new in their conversation. Anisha thought that Kedar had been having other affairs with those girls in India. She was furious & bursted upon him when he arrived from work. They both had an arguement where Kedar dipped his hand in a vessel which was on the stove & the food in it was boiling & burnt his hand just to prove that he was not at a fault. Anisha yet paid no attention & Kedar literally weeped as he loved Anisha a lot.
Kedar had been weeping with the burning hand & then Anisha realised. Later she went & comforted Kedar. The whole night Kedar couldnt sleep with this thought.
The next day he decided that he would not even chat with his friends back in India.

Scene 6: The Second Fight.



Date: 17 July 2007



Kedar & his flatmate Rushabh had been discussing that the apartment rent was costing us a bomb as Rushabh was new to the place & had no job lately. They were in a opinion to have a female flatmate as both of them didnt want a guy to stay along with them. Kedar & Rushabh had known each other since India & had a very strong bonding. Varsha was also in a opinion that a female flatmate would be better. Anisha was insecured she however disliked Varsha, though Kedar had been treating her as a sister. Anisha objected this went on to be an arguement & further an accidental fight between Kedar & Anisha. Anisha left the house in anger. Kedar, Varsha & Rushabh went in search of Anisha all around. Kedar was so upset with the entire incident, that he returned back home. Anisha's number was switched off later Rushabh's number too. He went on to get more upset as nobody had come back home. Evening around 7'oclock they returned home with Anisha. Kedar said sorry & hugged her tight.
Kedar had already been very disturbed emotionally with this behaviour of Anisha.

Scene 7: Anisha's financial crisis.


The first semester had come to an end at the University. Anisha had been suffering from financial crisis back home & had problems paying off her fees. Unfortunately, she had not made any kind of Power of Attorney. A loan was taken by her parents from the bank, with no Power of Attorney. The loan couldnt be sanctioned. Anisha's parents requested Kedar to help out as he knew the way's to it. He made the POA for Anisha & got the signatures from the court in US with great efforts. He also called up the bank manager in India and requesting for immediate release of the loan, which did happen. Hence, Anisha was saved from getting her studies spoilt.

Anisha & Kedar, had been living smoothly together & along with the room mates enjoying the life. The days had been passing by quickly. Anisha's obsessiveness kept on increasing day by day for Kedar. Kedar had been coping up with it though.
December had arrived when Kedar had to fly back to India for his winter holidays.
Both of them seperated at the airport in a typical manner with tears in the eyes. Kedar had been more sad leaving Anisha alone rather than being excited of meeting his parents, as Anisha had been with him in all thick & thins all that while.





Scene 8: The weakening of relationship



It was finally the time when Kedar reached Mumbai Airport & overjoyed to meet his parents after one long year. Anisha had been all the while restless in New York to hear Kedar because in that one year she had never been away from Kedar. Kedar called up Anisha once he reached his home, Anisha had been crying all the while they were talking on phone.Kedar spoke to his parents about Anisha the next day, initially they were reluctant because of few reasons. Later, when Kedar persuaded gradually they agreed to him. Kedar was finally happy with it. Anisha had been feeling insecured without Kedar all the while when he was away. Kedar couldnt justify Anisha initially because he had come to India for his parents. Anisha always grumbled on Kedar for not giving the time she wanted. Anisha later started giving 60-70 miss calls a day which irritated Kedar. When he called up back Anisha asked him to disconnect the call as the call charges were high. Anisha had started to become really frustrated & irritated as Varsha & Rushabh had decided to move out. Kedar tried to persuade them to stay back but there was a hidden reason. Anisha complained that Varsha & Rushabh had been isolating her. Anisha came across a guy called Abhijeet at the University, she started to spend time with him & gradually developed feelings. She told Kedar that Abhijeet was just a friend & just to stay away from house she was being with him. Kedar trusted her all that while as Anisha was staying happy.

It was 16th January 2008, Anisha's birthday Kedar was really excited he had posted her a card which reached rather very late, thanks to Indian Post. He called up at New York time 00:00hrs to wish her & he was surprised to know that she was out with Abhijeet. He later called back & spoke to Rushabh & Varsha asking what was the issue going on. They had even brought a cake to celebrate her birthday but she wasnt around till next day evening. When a colleague called Girish knew about it. He brought Anisha home & Varsha & Rushabh finally they cut a cake. Anisha's so called well wisher Rajveer who was a divorcee had come to meet her on that day, while Anisha had been talking to Kedar. Kedar had made no plans with his family just because he could talk online with Anisha. Anisha seemed to be not interested talking on that day as she had visitors. Rajveer took Anisha out for a dinner. Rajveer had been really kind to Anisha all that one year in New York. Use to take care of her, he was a complete stranger. He would gift her expensive gifts & take her frequently to dinners in 3 star restraunts. Kedar didnt like this but yet trusting Rajveer had been in his mid thirties he let her go with him.

Kedar had been upset. Soon Anisha flew down to India to meet up with her parents for 5weeks. Anisha had come to meet her aunt in Mumbai. Kedar & Anisha managed to meet up in the city some how for a while. The way they hugged each other seemed that there was alot of love. But who knew something was soon to come up.

Kedar flew back to New York & managed to arranged flatmates. He had been awaiting desperately for Anisha's arrival. The day Anisha was to arrive he had been on training for the new job & couldnt make it up to the airport. He had been feeling guilty for the same all the while. The moment he finished his work for the day he called up Anisha but she wouldnt recieve the calls. He had almost called up 100 times literally to talk to her. Finally she picked up the call & said she was with Abhijeet giving her some stuffs that she had brought for him from India. Kedar had been upset with it but he kept his cool.

Finally he met Anisha after two long hours of contacting her. He took Anisha to their favorite hang out spot & sat down. Anisha had been angry on Kedar over the India issue. Kedar finally got her persuaded by saying sorry & told him that he loved her alot. They returned back home & had a great time together.




Scene 9: The breakup

The next day Kedar was relaxing on Anisha's lap, while Anisha was caressing him. She started the topic of Abhijeet & said that she had feelings for him, but it never exceeded the love she had for Kedar. Kedar had been bit disturbed, but he assumed that it was just the emptiness of Anisha that had attracted her towards Abhijeet. Things were smooth between Anisha & Kedar. The University started. Kedar came to know through his friends that Anisha had been cheating upon him all the while he was in India. Kedar confirmed that as well as he wouldn't trust people easily & he was taken aback drastically. He was all broken into pieces hearing that Anisha had been cheating upon him. Anisha started to distant herself from Kedar & spent more time with Abhijeet till midnights.

Kedar & Anisha had daily arguements over the matter. Anisha was giving a very hard time mentally to Anisha. Varsha & Rushabh who had been very close to Kedar were no where contacted. Kedar started to go in depression which affected his health. He had to be hospitalised for few days because of low blood pressures & his parents finally asked him to come back to India leaving his studies for good.

Kedar had a very strong willpower though, he managed himself to complete the procedures. He met Rushabh & Varsha, got the entire incident clarified as to the reason of they leaving the apartment. Anisha was very happy with Abhijeet least bothered that Kedar was dead or alive.

Finally Kedar flew back to his parents all broken up. A strong man all broken up. He loved Anisha alot inspite knowing all this. Anisha had come to see Kedar off to the Airport.

There is more to come, its not over yet.....


Scene 10: Kedar back to Mumbai


Date: 10th March 2008




Kedar finally flew the 18hour non stop flight fighting his pain, his grief, his sorrows to Mumbai, back to his parents. The moment he saw his parents, he broke down in tears. It took him alot of efforts to hold himself back till he reached his home. He weeped for hours together & he fainted. He was rushed to the hospital as his pulse fell down. He was kept on Oxygen & other essential for next 48hours. Staying for a week in the hospital he came back home yet depressed & all broken up. Kedar was never the same that he was before dynamic, passionate, aggressive. He wouldnt laugh nor cry he was a living stone. He couldnt forget the pains given by Anisha the emotional torture he had been through had taken every bit of Kedar. His friends & parents tried every bit to get him back. But he was fuming inside with anger. He had to clear certain financial dues which were a huge sum with Anisha.


Kedar started calling Anisha up daily she wouldnt respond. She kept him nagging no replies of emails & texts & phonecalls. He finally had to approach her parents, her parents wouldnt take the matter seriously instead threatened him to give to the police. Kedar had a some level of confidence. He abused Anisha's parents on the phone & dared them to go ahead with whatever they wanted to do. Kedar instead told her parents that he could get Anisha deported if they wouldnt return his own money back in short spell. Anisha was under pressure as she was very short tempered. Kedar kept calling the Estate Agent & other utility service providers & got all the essentials disconnected.


The Agent was forced to terminate the lease. Kedar had called up the Immigration Department of USA complaining about Anisha as she was misusing the Visa rights. Kedar recieved his money back but had to go extremes for it.


Kedar suffered the after effects of this miserable breakup, he is a very strong person. Kedar couldnt trust any single girl in his life. He has no love for any girl. But he knows the girl who would love him would be the one who would get him out from this pain. He is still suffering.


Kedar has lost somewhere today, nowhere to be seen he is a different person today. His presence or abscence is not felt around. He is a silent person, burning today in this terrible betrayal. Anisha who always told him that he would be the last guy whom she loved, had pierced a sword stabbing Kedar several times...........


The Analysis.......


Anisha had been a very ambitious girl who used people for her importance. Her parents were of the same mentality too. Anisha found Kedar to be really capable enough to handle unknown situations. He had been emotionally & practically very strong but had always been wanting a companion in life. She became his companion & made Kedar mad for her by showing her fake love which appeared to be very much true. She got all her works done from Kedar. Anisha had realised that Varsha & Rushabh had been very close to Kedar and were a great threat to her plans. Rushabh & Kedar were made to have their ego's clashed finally creating a breakage of their friendship. Varsha was frustrated alot by Anisha in Kedar's abscence hence creating a distance. Kedar was made alone. Anisha's parents praised Kedar alot but it was all fake. It was all manipulated. 


When Kedar flew for holidays to India. An attempt was made by Anisha to frustrate Kedar by her obsessiveness so that he would break the relationship which failed. So she introduced Abhijeet in the picture & started cheating on Kedar. 


Kedar never wanted to settle in U.S even if he was offered a zillion dollar to stay. He always wanted to stay with his family in India & which was opposite for Anisha. 


Moral:


Kedar is still suffering internally he needs love & security. Only a true lover would get him out of this suffering. Anisha is enjoying her life to the fullest with Abhijeet. Enjoying on the efforts made by Kedar making Anisha stable.
